It is that time of year for reflection again but alas I'm super busy and distracted at this time.
I've started doing shakeology through beachbody and love it.
I'm sort of doing body gospel. I haven't exercised in the last two days and need to get my butt in gear.
I'm back at the weight I was when I first started this blog.
sooooo bad of me, but I'm again re-committed.
I will get back into the healthy range and living a healthy lifestyle.
This is what it is all about, living, learning, falling, and getting back up.
I don't tend to write while I am falling but I'm on my way back up again and dusting off the oopsies of the past :)
I do love myself much more than in the past so i'm making life progress hehe.

My Valoro Experience
I was going to start this separate from my normal blog but thought differently. I want people to realize that I am a real person at a real beginning and sharing my experience. Anyone reading this blog can look back and sort of know part of my personality.
Today I answered a craigslist ad to watch commercials for money. It brought me to the Valoro page and I did watch the video. Everything was free so I went ahead and signed up. I also emailed the person who had signed me up sort of introducing myself. She had emailed me a welcome letter upon my signing up. This was key to my interest in continuing. I learned that it was a real person who was responding back to me and she seemed confident in the system.
It's a MLM (Multi Level Marketing) program which you don't have to pay into, just spend time watching commercials on your pc and recruiting others. I did have a hard time viewing my first commercials and my "sponsor" helped me out. Her name is Roshanta and she lives in Fayetteville, NC. I have yet to meet her though do plan to once the company starts paying out and our "village" grows and is successful.
Now I do have experience with MLM from the past. The major difference is with this one I don't have to buy anything to stay active. My parents had taught me the keys to success in this sort of business and I've failed miserably because I don't know anyone who can spend X amount of dollars a month on vitamins or cleaning supplies or calling cards or whatever. I come from a very frugal community where every penny counts and we shop at Walmart and sales to get what we need at the best possible price ever. Though I've failed miserably in the past I expect to succeed this time. I mean who can't commit to watching 70 minutes of commercials a week on their pc in their own time?????
The trick to success is finding the people who WILL commit to watching 70 minutes of commercials a week on their pc and who will get at least a few other people to sign up under them.
Craigslist is a winner. I have been a member now for about 12 hrs and have 5 people signed up under me from one ad and two of them each have one person. That's 7 people in my village in less than a day. Tomorrow I will put another ad in another city and continue from there. I will continue to welcome the people who sign up under me just as Roshanta welcomed me. I will answer any questions to the best of my ability and put together a presentation which will help ensure success to myself and everyone under me.
I'm going to solicit the help of my dad in putting together my presentation. He has worked MLM in the past and has experienced some success. He has seen a lot more success than he experienced. I thank him for being able to show me and help me understand the potential for success and also teaching me to believe in myself and that I can make it happen.
I have zero people I know under me at this time. Everyone is a skeptic, especially those close to you. I can see how it would be ideal for so many people.
Young moms (my daughter) with very young children could do this in spare time while they check up on their facebook pages and forums. They don't have to spend more than one minute at a time watching ads and rating them. It's so easy to keep the page open and just click when you have a minute and collect a paycheck at the end of the pay period.
Retirees (my dad) who don't want to have to answer to anyone else but themselves but need a little something extra to keep them going because social security just doesn't cut it.
Teens (my younger kids, neice, nephews) who spend so much idle time on the pc chatting with their friends anyways and who can't get a job yet because they are too young, still in school, inexperienced, etc. Imagine them bringing in a check at the end of a month in excess of $1000 simply for all their friends and them watching commercials!!!!
AND NOBODY HAS TO SPEND A DIME!!!!!
Yes this is the start of my presentation which I promise will be polished up.

progress
Well since I wrote what I would do today yesterday, I decided I should follow through with a post on how I did.
I made 2 eggs this morning but only ate one.
I had my banana for lunch and drank my lemonade.
I had my wrap for dinner.
I still have the munchies so need to find a healthy snack, probably an apple or orange.
I did oopsie though. A customer left a piece of peanut butter fudge for me in one of my rooms today, I ate it and it was delicious. Another customer left chocolate covered raisins. I ate those too. Didn't even think of my healthy eating vow until after consumption :(
Anyways I didn't eat any oreos or oatmeal cookies or chips lol.
I did about 12 flights of stairs again today. Love working on the 3rd floor :) I use the stairs whenever possible at work.
I still need to run but know I won't be skipping that.
I was trying to follow a 4 day run week schedule but I just can't run 2 days consecutively. So I'm following the same schedule but just doing it every other day. I think this extends my marathon training from 16 wks to 18 wks but that's OK.

New Day
Tomorrow I will eat well.
I will make my home made lemonade to drink during the day.
I will have an egg with spinach, cheese, and salsa for breakfast
Dinner will be a spinach and hummus wrap
Lunch will be at work and I'll have either a banana or orange or both.
No oreos, No oatmeal cookies, No chips.
I will run at least 3 miles up to 5 miles.
Today I ate horribly, enough said.
I did about 12 flights of stairs for exercise. It wore my butt out!!!
I needed a nap after work. I'm still trying to motivate myself to do some more exercise before bed. Yea, not ideal but at least something.
I spent some time downstairs with Dave and Logan this evening while Dave got ready for going out. He worked on his van that he's selling most of the afternoon. I think it's ready for him to post the for sale sign. I really hope it sells!!
I have to put my car on the road this week. I requested Tuesday and Wed. off work for getting a wall built just to learn that the guy isn't coming Tues. but rather Wed. Sooooooooooo Tues. is car day :)
I'm so happy this past week is over. We were supposed to get snow on Monday so they canceled school. Snow didn't come until AFTER school would have been out so they wasted yet another snow day. Then Tuesday-Thursday were real snow days. Then Friday was a delay. I had to call in late for work on Friday and my whole day was thrown off. Next week Logan has Monday and Friday off. I'm so ready for full weeks of school again.
I got paid again and still haven't even made as much as I used to make babysitting. I'm seriously bummed over this!!!! It's time for a new job. I'm still applying everywhere, trying to get a daytime job but it's just not happening!!! Soooooooooo Frustrated. I thought of asking Amy and Jeremy for my babysitting job back, at least I had weekends off then. AND I made $150/wk which isn't happening at this job. I'm just trying to decide if I hated babysitting more than this.... I'll keep thinking on it for a while. I love not having extra kids ALL. DAY. LONG.

End of year reflections
It's time for my end of year reflections.
My exercising has suffered greatly especially the second half of this year.
I experienced a lot of life changes that really stressed me even to the breaking point. I became depressed and started the downward spiral into depression. I don't want to get into any details on my blog as to the why's but it was a definite challenge to 2010!!
I got a grip on the depression now.
I have started thrift store shopping for clothes for me and find that I really do love having a varried wardrobe. I am working on my image. I want to look and feel good to myself and to those around me. I am giving up the frumpy housewife scenario.
I'm done with oversized t-shirts and sweats as my every day wardrobe, these are PJ's.
I have a nice selection of fitting t-shirts and T-top exercise shirts. I'm getting more long sleeve t's and even button up shirts. I even have pants now, not just sweats.
I've been eating pretty good for the most part. Sometimes I eat too much of the crappy sugar stuff but I don't feel the NEED for it. I just don't want to discipline myself and I need to work on that discipline.
Exercise, yea I mentioned it suffered greatly. I'm averaging 2-3 times a week of working out right now. THAT WILL CHANGE!! I do take stairs at work and even make extra trips for myself for the fitness aspect so I haven't completely picked back up the sedentary life.
I've been doing great with my internet addiction. I still get on the pc every day but don't spend all my free time on it. I now only have facebook, triadmommies, and motivated mamas that I keep up with. And my facebook is rather slow because I have so few friends and family active on it. I don't need to keep up with everyones activities.
I feel strong mentally going into 2011.
I will continue to work on my diet and really try to adopt cleaner eating still.
I will make myself get back up to at least 20 min's exercise a day 6 days a week.
I will continue to limit internet time
I will look for more satisfying work which is also compatible with Daves and Logans schedules
I will get dressed every single day and continue to reject the "frumpy housewife" days
I will consciously spend more quality time with my husband whom I dearly love and do not want to take advantage of.
Right now we are decluttering our house. It's a big job. We've moved a lot of furniture around and have made the decision to stay in this house rather than moving again. I am happy with the decision. Today we also got a freezer thus the organizing started in the kitchen. We then moved our bedroom around and made room for the kitchen table. Yea I know this is weird but we are preparing to put up a wall to make our bedroom smaller and the other half will be a breakfast nook for the kitchen table. This room once was two rooms before and someone had taken out the wall that we are now going to put back up.
I got my puppy which I love dearly though don't appreciate the challenge of potty training. We will be putting up a cheap fenced in area so I can keep him outside for long enough to poop because he loves to come in then do his business. Not happy!!

heading downward
Yep I've been on a downward spiral lately. By lately, I mean over the past several months.
I've gained back some weight where I'm back at an average of 118 lbs
I've been on an emotional roller coaster with more dips than climbs.
I'm now back to square one and working on "ME" because me is all I have that I can rely on and I don't want to be disappointed by that person I see in the mirror. I am at this point disappointed in myself.
My sugar addiction that I fought so hard to break is back, which means I must break it again. Holiday time is upon us and it is the hardest time in the world to try to break that addiction. I'm going to work on that though.
I have two current goals. Keep myself exercising and don't eat a lot of sugar items.
I'm happy that I haven't picked up soda again. I still love to drink my water so I haven't gone completely backwards. I still get my sleep but with my marriage being rocky and trying real hard to make time for "couple time" it's real hard not to sacrafice the sleep. Last night I was up til midnight. I'm never up that late anymore!!! I had to take a nap this morning just to feel like I can function. Now I need to exercise.
I hate my weight training. I really try to love it but I just can't. I hate doing it though I do feel a great sense of accomplishment when done.
My current plan of action: Jackie Warner save me!!!! I tried to get back into CLX (Chalean Extreme) last week and made myself do it every day except the last. I can't do it this week so I'll be starting Jackie Warners one on one video for the week. After this week I'll re-evaluate. I might just have Dave show me how to use his universal gym thingy. I think he'd like that, but me being so little and him being so much larger than I, I just don't see how the machine can be set up where we can both use it comfortably.
I have no problem with cardio. My biggest problem is all I want to do is run but I can't do that on consecutive days or I get completely worn out.
I'm going to take out one of my WATP videos and my Jackie Warner and make myself do them. Jackie Warner is only 15 or 20 min's and WATP can be as little as 20 min's. I can fit in 40 min's. Time isn't my issue, though boredom does become an issue.
I hate my job. I have been concentrating all my spare time in job hunting and it is just no fun and frustrating. I sooooo want a new job to come through. I pray about this on a daily basis because I do want to be happy in my work. I think my unhappiness in my work is spilling over into my personal life and that is just no good, no good at all. Dear God please let me get a job that I can at least tolerate!! OK post done for today.

PayBox
PayBox
lets see if this takes.
paybox appears to be an alternative or competition for paypal.
I have a lot of WAHM friends so this definitely sounds like a good thing.
I know the last service that came out did good with honoring free $$ giveaways so I'm optimistic for this one as well. Who can sneeze at $50 free.
